Built from first-hand frustration
This platform wasn't designed in theory. It grew out of our shared experience managing and working in companies where the SaaS chaos came with them.
Why I built this
The messy reality of SaaS management
We've been working in and starting companies over the last decade. Each time, we ran into the same headache: keeping track of SaaS subscriptions and licenses.
Spreadsheets went out of date. Calendars were overcrowded. Budgets kept bleeding on subscriptions no one used and worse, on multiple tools doing the exact same thing. What should have been money for sales, marketing, or product development was quietly eaten up by software bloat.
On top of that, finding and comparing alternatives was chaos. Promos saved on social media, cold DMs from sales reps, emails buried in inboxes—unless you booked a demo, those tools were forgotten. And booking demos just meant more follow-ups from one vendor while ignoring the ten others you still needed to evaluate.
"Every company I talked to had the same problem: wasted budgets, forgotten tools, and endless subscription audits."
That's why we built this platform. A single system to discover all your subscriptions, track usage, compare alternatives, and take back control of your SaaS stack. No more messy spreadsheets. No more surprise renewals. No more budget drains.
The numbers don’t lie
Why SaaS sprawl is a silent budget killer
Simple mission, complex problem
What we’re solving
- 20–30% of SaaS spend is wasted on unused or overlapping tools
- Finance teams lose hundreds of hours tracking subscriptions manually
- Critical projects stall while budgets drain into forgotten renewals
How we’re solving it
One connection gives you complete visibility into your software stack. See every subscription, track real usage, compare alternatives, and cut waste without audits or consultants. Just clear insights that put you back in control.
How we work
Built by someone who lived the chaos, for teams who need real solutions and not enterprise theater.
Problem-first development
Every feature comes directly from lived experience. No fluff, no buzzwords. Just practical tools that solve real-world problems.
Built for practitioners
We build for founders and teams who deal with SaaS every day—not for executives who only see the invoices.
